This Privacy Notice explains how Indeep Artificial Intelligence, S.L. U. (“Indeep AI”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data collected through the website dialogic-ai.eu (the “Website”) in connection with the DIALOGIC project.

2. Personal data we collect
We process personal data only when you actively provide it through the Website’s contact form, or when you correspond with us by email at addresses published on the Website.
The contact form collects:
- Name
- Email address
- Organisation (optional)
- Subject category
- Message content
We also process technical data automatically generated by your browser, including IP address and user agent, which is logged for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Recipients and transfers
Personal data submitted through the Website is processed by Indeep AI personnel involved in the DIALOGIC project. We use the following processors:
- GoDaddy.com, LLC (and its EU affiliates) — website hosting infrastructure
- Google Ireland Limited — email infrastructure (Google Workspace)
Each processor acts under a data processing agreement compliant with GDPR Article 28. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or by an adequacy decision.
In the context of EU-funded research, anonymised or aggregated information may be shared with the European Commission and the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) for reporting purposes.
5. Retention

- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
